Friday 10th July

What a hectic week in school and an important one as we appointed a new Head Teacher this week.

Next week will be the last week of home learning for Year 6 and (due to Friday 17th July being your Leaver's Service day) there will be no home learning set after Thursday.

Next week is themed around 'minibeasts' so hopefully the weather will be better than this week and will let you get out to investigate.

Mrs Stray and Mr Crick will NOT be holding TEAMS meetings next week due to seeing you all on Friday but also due to the number of TEAMS meetings with new classes also being arranged for next week.

Home Learning activities continue to be set for those of you at home and, as closely as we are able, they will match what is being taught in school. For maths, these continue to cover the areas of maths you will encounter when you start secondary school - so you are hopefully keeping these fresh in your mind as you complete them each day.

There are additional links provided for a variety of activities on the Home Learning Tab of the School Home Page of the website.

Please also try to keep up with doing daily reading.

Mrs Stray can still be contacted at: 6HS@st-john.lincs.sch.uk and Mr Crick at 6NC@st-john.lincs.sch.uk

Do not hesitate to drop us an e-mail if you have any questions. We will endeavour to reply as quickly as we can around a near normal school day again now.

All the best and hopefully see all of you on Friday.

Mrs Stray and Mr Crick
