Admission to St John's
I will shine
"Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your father in heaven.” Matthew 5:16
Our vision is to create a welcoming and supportive Church School in which we aim to achieve and celebrate excellence together.
We look to develop confident minds and characters, broaden horizons and aspirations, and encourage every member of our community to flourish, in order that they will shine like a ray of light to seek positive transformation in the world today and in the future.
The school has strong links to the local church and has an ethos based on Christian principles. At the same time the school remains an inclusive community and we welcome many families from various faith and non faith backgrounds.
Admission to school is administered through Lincolnshire County Council. If you are a parent looking to apply for a place then the following will help you;

- For Reception admissions are made via the Local Authority. An online admission form will be available from November and this can be accessed by clicking here. The closing date for applications is in January.
- For Mid-year admissions for all other year groups then the Local Authority Online Mid-year Admissions Website can be accessed here.
- Information about the appeals process can be found on the Local Authority website https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/schoolappeal
