Year 5 Homework Expectations

There are 3 elements to Year 5 Homework:
- 4 x Daily Reading recorded in this homework diary – parents please sign.
- ½ hour of Times Tables Rockstars per week.
- Weekly Homework Task (e.g. Maths, Grammar, Knowledge Organiser).
All homework is reset/handed out on a Friday, to be returned for a Wednesday AM.
Should your child struggle to understand what is expected of the homework tasks over the weekend, they should ask for clarification on either a Monday or Tuesday before the Wednesday deadline.
If work is not completed to the best of the child’s ability, they will have the opportunity to redo it.
