Leadership Team

What is the Leadership Team?

The Leadership Team is involved in the day-to-day operations and monitoring of specific areas within the school. At St. John's, this team consists of phase leaders who oversee the running of different phases of the school. A phase refers to a group of classes organised by age or year groups, such as Early Years (Reception), Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2), Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3 and 4) and Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5 and 6). Phase leaders ensure that teaching standards are maintained, provide support to teachers and monitor student progress within their assigned phase.
